Before you get in touch

A few things you may want to know.

What should I send to start?

Your preferred area, approximate budget and property type are enough for a first conversation. If you already have a property in mind, send the listing or location.

Supporting documents can come later, once the scope is clear. Depending on the property, these may include ownership records, seller details, dues information and transfer requirements.

What property checks can you coordinate?

Depending on the property, we help coordinate checks on:

  • Ownership and revenue records
  • Dues and No Demand Certificate
  • Relevant authority approvals
  • Society membership and transfer status
  • Physical condition, location and access

We distinguish confirmed information from pending checks. Relevant RDA / CDA and society records depend on the location and property type.

Discuss a property check
Can I buy without travelling to Pakistan?

This depends on the property and transaction. We can arrange remote viewings and discuss coordination with a representative. Your lawyer or consulate should confirm any Power of Attorney requirements for your circumstances.

What are the fees and likely timing?

The scope depends on the property, available documents and offices involved. Ask the office to confirm the services, fees and expected timeframe for your enquiry before proceeding.

Let’s discuss your next step.

Start with an area, a budget or a listing.
